Our website uses PayPal’s payment gateway, a third party online secured payment solution. We also provide a credit card service solution through Payment Express PX, another third party online secured payment solution. We use the security standard they legally comply with, ensuring the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS) is applied, through the global mandate by credit card schemes for merchants and payment processors.
All product prices are advertised in Australian Dollars via our Australian website.

Karma Natural's P/L destroys all forms of credit card identification that come to us via phone orders on a daily basis.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA on all standard orders and will be sent with AUSTRALIA POST via – eparcel documentation with a tracking number that will be provided to you by Australia Post. A Signature will be required to collect your purchase.
Deliveries can take up to 14 working days but we strive to ensure most people get their product within 10 – 14 days inclusive. In the event your parcel does not arrive within 2 weeks of placing the order, please notify us. In the event that you wish to have your parcel sent as express posted, please don't hesitate to call us.
International shipping is calculated per weight above standard orders – please contact our office to discover if we have opened an e commerce store in your country where shipping will be free.
Karma Rub is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however Karma Rub will replace goods that have been damaged or lost in transit. Lack of delivery by Australia Post can be proven with the new eparcel system of tracking. If Australia Post verifies that a package has been lost in transit we will gladly send out another order.
For damaged parcels and a request for new product to be sent would require photographic proof of leaking or damaged goods within the packaging sent to our email site at email@example.com
In the event that a customer has placed the wrong address in our onsite ordering system, Karma Natural’s takes no responsibility for the mistake made by the purchaser. We apologise for this but as our ordering system is semi-automated we have little chance of correcting others mistakes in this area.
